Cooking with fresh vegetables

Having a well balanced diet has been the goal of many for eons, not just for weight loss but in order to get our daily supply of vitamins and minerals. Here is an illustrated view of just cooking with fresh raw veggies that provides a good sorce of nutritional 57 13-35-24

What I found from just trying to add fresh vegetables to everything I cook is, it amplified the taste of my meals and diluted a lot of fats and grease when baking or stir frying some meals. Also, it has kind of been a good habit created because now the robust taste of freshness overlapping my plate is a well craved need. Add that garlic add that cilantro just let the taste salivate and if you need a little tang and spice?! A lemon, an orange and a dash of cayenne pepper will get you there.
